Can anyone help me out on programing the EU-24?

Done using manager

In the user area, the user that the eu24 is connected to, digital telephony or button programming.

Program buttons from 25-48

If you only have twelve users then you could use page two for direct to vm entries. Just build the short code then add

dial
sc /DVM Username

The second page will have the prized direct to vm buttons programmed for each user.

Don,t forget the power supply, else you can program the buttons but will not work.
