Anyone out there installing the 9.0 contact center? We used to install CCC, and CCR but frankly they didn't work very well for us and we found the reporting was inaccurate. The new version has some nice features with Chat and email integration, and I have a customer that it would fit perfectly. The issue is that I am a bit gun shy and don't know if I want to open this can of worms based on my past experiences. Does it actually work as advertised?
