Hi I have a IP office 7.0.27 that we are unable to record the auto attendant.

When we first install the IP office the AA was working fine and one day it just stop.

At that time were running 7.0.(5) so we upgraded it to 7.0 (27) thinking it will correct the problem. However, the problem remain.

you will press *8101 press 2 to record after recording you press (3) to saved. now you press (1) to listen to recording and it say nothing recorded.

Any help is appreciated

Use *8401 and not *8101

well, the menu recordings SC's for all embedded AA's start with *84?? (*8401 thru *8440 for AA's 1 thru 40).

The other short codes (*81??, *82??, and *82??) are for recording "pre-greeting" greetings to play in FRONT of the main menu greeting, and whether they are used or not is controlled by the associated time profile.

I've occasionally had "glitchiness" in trying to set an embedded AA menu greeting to stick, reboot and try again? or deleted the AA, rebuild a new one and try again.
