I have 3 IP office's 406V2 units, with three serial dongals with serial numbers on each dongal, Problem is I do not know which dongal goes to what unit. When I look at the licence,s applied in each Ip Office, There is no matching sequence to the serial number on the dongal. How can I match each dongal with there proper unit? Thanks!

the dongle isnt matched with the unit. it is matched with the license keys. What you can do is try each one on the IPO and see what comes up as valid. Or in the AM you can email me the serial numbers and i can send the licenses associated with each serial number. kwing at carouselindustries dot com

depending on what level of software you are running, you could open a config and see what dongle it thinks it has on the system tab.
