Quick question can you program the embedded voicemail from a phone? Cannot find a embedded voicemail admin user guide that would tell a clinet who does not have a new work to program there voicemail thru a phone?

How do i set up over flow to aa if a call is not picked up on incoming calls.

how do i send calls to a extensions voicemail directly?
