IP Office Account Codes

Hi All,
Has anyone any experience in sorting account codes either numerically or alphabetically. The problem I have with most sites is when the manager adds new account codes they appear at the bottom of the list rather than in any normal order.

You could try clicking on one of the tabs (account code or CLI) at the top of the screen to sort

Sorry for the confusion created here, Whilst I agree with clicking the tabs in the Manager program to sort, the issue is with the order they appear when trying to make a call in PhoneManager and clicking on the dropdown arrow to the right`of the account code box. The account codes appear here in the order they are entered not in alphabetical order.

Didnt think it would be that simple.
I cannot se an way to sort the account codes in PM either, guess Avaya need another feature request :-(

Avaya are aware of this and it will be 'resolved' sometime when they can be bothered!!!

Have seen the 2.0 s/w, this IS resolved in 2.0 s/w out in the autum along with the new "Softconsole" which Im sure you will all cream about!! sorry guys wait till October
