I have a customer with a IP Office 8.1 In a branch office they have 2 IP phones and need a fax. The IP Phones are just running over a VPN, can any one suggest a product that would work well with IP Office. I saw a few just doing a google search, looks like a SIP to analog conversion device is whats needed. Just looking at not paying for a POTS line.

You will need an ATA like Audiocodes or a patton.
Any cheap ATA will give issues most of the times.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Do the Audiocodes work well with fax?

Or you could go all out and get a MultiTech FaxFinder IP. These are neato.

It does remove the big ole fax machine of long long ago, however.

do as AACon says, worked great for us.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Take a Patton M-ATA or a Audiocodes MediaPack 1xx, I prefer the Patton, simple, small and very reliable.
The FaxFinder is great but no replacement of a single faxmachine.

A simple mind delivers great solutions
