Ip Office 6.1 embedded voicemail

I need to create 50 mailboxes for sales rep on the road that do not have physical phones,do i need to create virtual extensions(IP)to avoid the error log stating that the extension doesn't exist?

How do people usually program virtual mailbox, they create ip extension for each mailbox?

Just create the users, this will auto generate the mailboxes. Then create extns to clear the errors.

Then program a way for them to access the mailboxes.

Create the users then give them a login code to remove the errors - tidier than creating a load of h323 extensions
