IP Office 500v2 Transfer button on all handsets not working

Hi Guys

I have a Avaya IP Office 500v2 running version 7. I can not use the transfer button on all handsets. Transfer work on a analogue and sip phone but not on the 1416 or IP 1608 handsets

Any ideas do I need to tick a box to allow the transfer button to work.

Sorry I mean for Internal calls. The transfedr button works when transfereing an external call but when you try transfer and internal call nothing happens

Buttons programmed as "user" buttons?
With the new 16xx and 14xx you can add a Enable_OTT in the user shortcode. Just copy paste that on every user.
Then you should be able to hit the button without pushing the transfer first.

So instead of "Dial" select "user" just leave the label blanc, it will show th users name anyway, also when renaming a user you don't have to change every button.

It sounds like that the users have no Call appearances are programmed on the phones but then it should not work for external calls too.
