IP Office 500 V2 Upgrade R 9.1 to R 10 3

Hi!
this is my first time here, I hope anyone can help me.
I'm trying to do an upgrade in IPO from R 9.1 version licenses to R 10.
Right now I'm not very sure about the steps thah I need to do.
all I'm doing is add the licenses, using the IPO manager, license add PLDS .xml file.
after that a new feature licenses appierd and have status "valid" but one of them "software small site upgrade" the status is Obsolete and the version with license is still 9.1.

That is because the license is no longer needed when you loaded the R10 upgrade license so it will show obsolete. No need to worry about it. Just go ahead with the upgrade.

system password wrong for the upgrade

go into the security settings and reset it or reset the entire security settings if you like then you are sure that there is nothing left in there that can bite you later.
Then redo the security settings after you have upgraded

The system doesn't care if your licenses are valid for an upgrade. If you are getting an error when trying to upgrade chances are you are not using the correct password for the system.

What do you mean that is not the correct password? how is that possible? is an admin password and I used all the time. I'm new and really I don't know How can I reset the entire security settings? and after that I have to use the default password?.

the adminstrator has a password to make system changes in the programming

the system has a different password to upgrade the system

try password all lower case

It is not the Administrator password it is the password you use for the monitor program.

I hope that with the licenses everything works fine. I'm doing the upgrade I'll let you know if it works.

Is not working, I still have a License version 9.1. I'm probably skipping a step. If anyone knows the steps to upgrade to R 10 please advise. the only error I can see ir "software small site upgrade" the status is Obsolete.

in embedded file management do you see a PLDSkeys.xml entry?

Now it's working!!.
the problem was the password and download a Admin10. sorry I didn't realize I had it in 9.
