1) Get a 9 pin straight through modem cable
2) Hit the person who forgot the password with the cable
3) Connect to the system with the cable using hyperterminal ( settings in help file)
4) Type at-securityresetall
5) Enter the MAC address that is displayed
6) Passwords are now default

The amount of systems i've seen where the admin password has been changed but the security settings password hasn't isn't even funny anymore. how thick can you be?
