We are currently running an Ip Office 412 V5.0 (20) and 4 5620 ip phones in a remote location connected over a VPN tunnel (Sonicwall). The 412 has a 20 port VCM.
Until recently everything was working fine. About 2 weeks ago we began having issues with the calls. I can call the person or they can call me and the phone rings. Upon answering the phone the line seems dead. It shows connected, but i cannot hear them nor can they hear me. They say they can get through on about 1 out of 6 calls. Can ping the phones with no loss and all other networking seems fine. Just tried reboot the v412. Anyone else see this problem? Just updated from 3.2 to 5.0 mid November. Phone firmware is version 2.9010.
