Looking for help from those that have implemented an XO IP Flex PRI with an IP406V2.
Our customer's IP406V2 is currently connected to a Verizon PRI and works fine. However, each time we try to switch to their new XO IP Flex service, the D channel will not stay up. Have replaced the T1 cross-over cable multiple times and get a green light on the circuit--just cannot make or receive calls.
We had an XO tech come out on our most recent attempt, and he was able to make calls on the circuit from his T-bird. Our system is configured like this, although we have tried most of the other iterations in the config, just for testing's sake (again, works with the current PRI):
PRI
NI2
Local Telco
1->23
Network
ESF
B8ZS
CPE
CSU checked (longhaul -7.5db)
Today will mark the 4th attempt at getting the circuit up and running, and the customer's patience is, of course, wearing thin.
