IP Office 406 V2 upgrade

I recently upgrade IPO 406 V2 from 3.2.57 to 4.0.7; everything is OK except the version show on the control unit is still 3.2.57.
Does anybody knows what happened to this?
When I performed the Admin setup, I left all old folder configuration as it was. I think it might be the season.
Any response and tips will be very much appreciated.

If it's showing as V3.2(57) in Manager it suggests the unit has not upgraded to V4.0(7).

To ensure it's not a problem with Manager try running a monitor trace to ensure it is running V4.0(7), it will tell you the version on one of the first line of text.

My money would be on a failed upgrade, but try this and post the result.

Thank you for responding. I think I know what happened.
Somebody, before me, did setup or upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1.x and changed the default setting folder /bin to Avaya_3_1_X_bins, and after that, no matter what version i upgraded, the new ones pulled old configuration from that folder!
I changed one the other and things work fine, but I still have to keep the folder name (still 3_1_X_bins !!!).
But i am happy now I can validate the version.
