ip office 406 - can't send config

hi,

ive tried to reinstall the ip office. i used hyper terminal and the at-x2 / at-x3 commands to erase the flash!

the problem is that i find the ip office and i can read the config. if i try to change something and use the send config button nothing happens. i also can't install my saved config anymore.

After you defaulted it did you put your IP address back to match?

the default ip is 192.168.42.1

i set my ip adress to 192.168.42.30 to contact the ip office!

should i change it? or what do you mean with "match"?

i can restart the ip office with the manager software.

What version Office Manager are you running? What version is currently loaded on the IPO?

There is your problem

Your manager is 3.1.65 and not 5.1.65 (different story)
You need a 3.2 manager

I am sure that is the problem because there is no 5.1 manager yet
And you should not even be able to pull a config with a lower version manager pull you could
Not be able to send back is normal behaviour in this case

Indeed, using a different level of Manager is a big no no, sorry for dropping away for a while I just had my Dinner. Your in safe hands with tlpeter though.
