IP Office 4.2.42 not always storing outbound call in "ALL" tab

Hi

I have installed IP Office 4.2.42 on client PC (Windows 7 pro) and for some reason it's not always storing all outbound calls in the "ALL" tab

this appears to be an intermittent issue , and generally happens on external calls.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
 
What software are you talking about? Sounds like delta server.
 
HI ,sorry didn't make it clear - The software is Avaya Phone Manager 4.2.42

I found that adding these firewall rules resolved the issue


netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Phone ManagerSPServer 4.2.42" dir=in action=allow program="C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\PhoneManager.exe" enable=yes profile=domain,private,public



netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Phone ManagerSPServer 4.2.42" dir=in action=allow program="C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager\SPServer.exe" enable=yes profile=domain,private,public
 
Running the avaya firewall batch file may have helped as well.

Now experiencing escalation fatigue.
