Hello to you all has anyone got any ideas on this one. We have a site that is running 57 IP Hard phones from a ip office 412 on the last 3.1 software. what happens is the phones work ok but then for some reason one of them will fall of the network and do a reboot. This all happens at ramdom. They have some ip phones on a 3 com POE 4400 switch and some of them with the power supply's. it is not always the same handsets that do this and there is no patten to it. They can be on a call and it will do a reboot or even if the phone is idel on the desk it will reboot. we get about 3 to 7 handsets pair day doing this. The network is 1 x 3 com POE 4400 superstack 3 and 2 x 3 com 4400 superstack 3. they all have 2 x 1 gb links in to each of them so if one goes down then it will fall back to the other gig link. Any help would be great.
