We have recently moved our PBX to a DataCenter and now our new phones that are on VOICEIP now and for some reason phones are rebooting constantly. I'm thinking they are rebooting due to the phones can not find the PBX on the MPLS Network therefore it reboots. Therefore I am wondering if there is a setting inside of Avaya Ip Office 10.0 that will allow me to set the ping back while in idle to 999999? Is this even possible?

Use command prompt "ping <IP Address server edition> -t" from your PC.

If they can't find it on the network they'd say discover. Is there too much power draw on your switches mayhap?
Faulty NIC on server in data centre?

I'm clear but my fighter is down.

Not enough info to determine a cause of reboot.
- Does the phones reboot after a fixed time or is it at random?
- Is there a time you can actually use the phones?
- How is the interconnection of the LAN setup?
- Is there a firewall in use?
- Can you connect a phone in the datacenter to see if the same happens?
