HI we have a number that we want to divert every 4 days on a timed divert to 1 of 10 numbers throughout the year is there any way to script this using voicemail pro.
 
Yes, there are two ways, one just straight forward conditions and entering the numbers in manually or using database integration which now requires the Advanced edition licence (I believe as they stopped doing just the database integration licence but Advanced is cheaper anyway) :)

You can use a calendar condition.
If true then divert and if false then the normal route.

just use the calender / Time profiles on the IPO and apply it to the ICR.

no need for VM Pro then - so if VM Pro fails, your divert still works.
 
Do any of these ways enable the divert to change number every 4 days at a certain time??
 
Every four days at a certain time. Is that when the satellite is over your suspected al-queda training facility?

 
Shhh dont tell the russians.. No its for a customer who want to divert an out of hours number to 10 different sub offices. I dont want to do it manually.
 
Sounds like a VMPro calendar and specific transfer to a specific number. As long as you know when and the number for when you can have a calendar field day.

 
..sounds good... now is there a dummies guide to doing this now lol.. my VM Pro experience is limited to the how to's in the manual..
 
I would create one calendar for each number. Ten number? Then ten individual calendars that point to ten individual transfers.

Of course if this is a on-call rotation from a vmpro vm box then you may want to try the options there since you can dial in and change the number on the fly.
