Yes, there are two ways, one just straight forward conditions and entering the numbers in manually or using database integration which now requires the Advanced edition licence (I believe as they stopped doing just the database integration licence but Advanced is cheaper anyway)

Sounds like a VMPro calendar and specific transfer to a specific number. As long as you know when and the number for when you can have a calendar field day.
I would create one calendar for each number. Ten number? Then ten individual calendars that point to ten individual transfers.
Of course if this is a on-call rotation from a vmpro vm box then you may want to try the options there since you can dial in and change the number on the fly.
