Hello All,

I am administering a Definity Prologix CSI 9.5 with a R10 patch on it.

The data channels (netcons) and CDR Link keep going down every week or so. I called Avaya and they are saying this is a known issue on the Prologix, and that we are experiencing IO Processor problems. They recommended that we replace our Processor card TN2402.

Anyone else run into this, and have any valuable insight into this issue?

Thank you

As a follow up on this question. I am wondering if our netcon hunt group is set up correctly. Would someone be willing to share a netcon hunt group config?

Thank you

This is the hunt setup

Thank you Telcoguy for the info. Our hunt groups are the same. The only difference I notice in our configs is for the Data Mods themselves.

The ITC field is set to restricted, and we have defined COS and COR different then the default one.

Do you know if this would affect the normal operations of the data channels?

Thank you for your time
