Hi !
My problem is "The attachment received is invisible, how can I make it (the filename and extension) appear on the receipient email account"

I have a workstation named as pc200 installed with window 98 using outlook express version 5.

I used another workstation named as pc100 (window 98 same with the pc200) to send an email with a very small attachement. The mail has no problem to send to user at pc200. But when user pc200 received the attachment it appeared blank attachement, no discription or file name indicated.

Appreciate if anyone can help.

Regards,

It may be that the Security settings are too high in Outlook Express.

Check this:

Go to <Tools>, <Options>, Select the "Security" Tab.
Check to see if the Check Box "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." is checked?

Try unchecking it and see if it works then?
