Invalid Drive

I have a couple of XP machines using Novell client 4.83 SP2 to log into a Netware 6.0 (SP4) server. While working in Windows Explorer on a mapped drive every once and a while we get an "invalid drive" error when exploring that drive letter. At that point I can still access other drive letters mapped to other volumes but not the original drive letter I was working with.
When I reboot the PC, all is fine again. (for a while)

Note: I have about 15-20 XP machines setup the same way and working fine.

Any thoughts?

Do you get any event logs? Check control panel, administrative tools, event viewer.
