Internal call displaying wrong DN 1

I have 4 phones that show up as 2107 on the called display, even though none of them are in fact 2107?

you sure it's not the name you're seeing...

print the tnb of all 4 phones.

I did, the site contact is trying to have some buttons programmed and told me the DN was 2107 for all 4 of them, one he wants changed to 2481. I had a tech tone them all out. I now have the TN's of them all and none of them are actually DN 2107, and the one he wants changed to 2481 is already 2481! He is also changing the phone types in these locations, so I outed the TN that corresponds with 2481, now I am trying to copy another to the TN and when I enter 2481 under DN I am getting a must be unique error???

In ld 17 Parm do you have MLDN set to yes?

The site is fine with it the way it is except for the one, which makes things even more difficult because I'm not sure how to make it happen again after I rebuild, which I ofcourse have to do because they are changing all the phone types.

mldn yes will allow you to have the same DN on more than one set, thata is why you get the "unique DN" error

I suspect the person that wants this is 2107 and they are seeing their own number.
