Installing PRI

I'm installing a PRI for the first time and I'm using a dual PRI card. It has loop 20 working on it and we are going to use loop 21. I am looking for a DCH cable to cable J6 to an MSDL card. I have programmed the loop 21.
What is my next step from here? I know I need to program the DCH but have never done it? HELP!!!!!!!

1st step is to add the pri to the cequ, prt in 22 chg in 17, the also in load 17 chg adan new dch x. then in ld 16 add the route data block (rdb) then in 14 add 23 trunks (new 23) then in 96, dis msdl x all, enl msdl x fdl. that puts the dch info on the card. then in 60 enll 21.. the d will establish without any commands.. if you get stuck, let me know
