I need to install a second VCM30 and a second PRI48 into my 412 (running 4.0.7) tonight and wanted to know if anyone had any advice or recommendations about installing these items. I was planning on capturing a configuration backup before doing this, is there anything else I should know/do?

Installing new items

If you go into your configuration in manager. And actually enter your configuration, you would have saved an up to date .cfg in C:/Program Files/Avaya/IPOffice/Manager/Companyname.cfg
You can then power down and take care putting in your new items. Then when all done, reboot your modules and when all live power up your 412.
When done open MOnitor and ensure your VCM and ISDNs are all showing. Will come in your first line when the unit connects to monitor
