Getting the following error for remote user, connects to exchange through VPN "Unable to open the folder. The information store could not be opened."
I can log in as that user on a PC here in-house and access mailbox just fine.
I had user create personal profile.
I had user delete mail setup in Outlook and recreate.
I had user create new Outlook profile.
Error still occurs.
