Information Mailboxes and auto attendant problem

My customer is having a small issue with some information mailboxes that they use to give directions out to their site. They are only used when someone transfers a call thru f986 to the mailbox. After the recording plays, the call gets re-routed into the auto attendant. Is it possible to just have the call disconnect? I know that when I call in and get the AA then enter the mailbox number, it plays the info and then hangs up, but not when the call is transferred.
 
Do you have the mailbox as subcriber or information mailbox I tried it here and got disconeected both ways.
 
When I programmed the mailbox for information mailbox got disconnected from transfer and auto attendant.
 
Thank you for your help but I think i figured it out. I needed to turn off "return to AA" in the f983/aa/grtg/aa part of the admin programming.
