My customer is having a small issue with some information mailboxes that they use to give directions out to their site. They are only used when someone transfers a call thru f986 to the mailbox. After the recording plays, the call gets re-routed into the auto attendant. Is it possible to just have the call disconnect? I know that when I call in and get the AA then enter the mailbox number, it plays the info and then hangs up, but not when the call is transferred.
