Incoming fax is not working

We have G430 with S8300D LSP registered to remote CM. There are MM714 and MM710 boards inside. Outgoing faxes are working with no problem. However incoming faxes are not working. There can be heard short beep signal without fax tones. Trace shows the station going active and no more else. Is it providers problem? They are using Patton gateway. I gues it could be misconfigured.
 
I forgot to mention, that fax numbers are on E1 lines.
 
can you provide a trace so we can look at this?

Denial event means hangup of remote side.

 
is this fax call coming into the remote site 1st then going across the network to reach your fax machine?

Fax call is coming into E1, and then it is directed to internal analog fax extension. It is not converted to IP format.
 
is this a new install? or a new circuit? maybe a new fax machine if new fax machine scroll through the options and maybe auto answer is not enabled?

It is new Avaya station. We have swapped from Panasonic. Faxes can send directly to each other, faxes can be send out E1 line, but incoming faxes are not working. E1 lines wasn't used with Panasonic, it is new E1 line. MST log (message trace analyzer) shows disconnect signal from Patton gateway (E1).
