Hi,
I have a problem Incoming calls on the ISDN are routed to the NIT1 (in the CDB)instead of following the IDC table assigned in the RDB (at the DCNO and NDCO prompts). There are no digital sets or ATTN consoles on the switch it is all analogue sets (although used to hve both and acd). Checked on DCH and recieving right digits in (4).

Cheers, Andy.

Forgot to mention the switch appears to be in NITE as there is a * by the NDCO 3 prompt in the RDB. Can you tell me a way of getting it into day and keeping it there as I dont require TOD routing or a way of stopping it going to NITE1 DN.

unless you have a console, the switch stays in nights, only the ndco takes effect. an acd group controls only the group, is .. the last agents log off, your ncfw goes into effect.. but acd groups can not take the switch out of night. this is a very old param, that was used as a emergency backup, if the console failed, the night bells took over.. still works the same, i to have needed to control nights for testing

Hi,
All sorted Changed the CTVN to ovf ovf ovf ovf (in INT_DATA) this stopped it routing to the NIT1 DN. But MSGO/MSGI messaging saying unassigned number. Added an unused DN in LDN0 and IDC kicked in all hunky dory, Bonus cheeers Andy.
