I have an incoming call route with a default- VM:Day AA, Day- VM:Day AA and Night- VM:Night AA. Day time profile is m-f 8:30am to 5:00pm, night time profile is m-f 5:01pm to 8:29am and s-s 12:00am to 11:59pm. VM Pro modules of Day AA and Night AA are built with menus and different entry prompts are recorded and set. The problem is that the call always goes to Day AA. I am stumped.

Do you have a short code pointed to each AA that you can dial and they answer properly? Sounds like what you have programmed should work but try changing it to: default:VM:Night AA, Day time profile VM:Day AA and see if that makes a difference. Are you sure the ICR is the right one for the DID you're testing?

Don't use the time profile in manager but use conditions in VMPro.
You will only need one module then.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

so will it not work with time profiles? i have used conditions in vm pro a long time ago and i think i still have brain damage from it.

it is the only incoming call route in the system.

It does work but i think your profiles are not ok.
But why use them?

Just make a condition in VMPro with the correct times and then use the condition action and use true and false to the right AA
