Inbound ACD caller name on Avaya agent phone?

Hi,
Is it possible to see the external caller's name in the agent phone display instead of number?

Currently it shows number to VDN (calls are coming through via a toll free number-> VDN-> Vector-> split-> agent phone).

Customer wants to see caller's name to see who is calling.

Where would the system get the callers name from?

The system just gets the CLI from the service provider so first you need to be able to match this from some source before considering how to present this to the agent.
