inactive feature when entering F983

Hello, I hear this is the place to go for answers. I have a startalk flash release 2.0 4 port and and I'm using 2 digit ext's from a CICS; ext's 25 & 26. When I press F983, the display reads inactive feature. I then did F903 and it reads "inactive feature". Then I did F**XFTEST and I see: Feature? I entered F983, I hit the test button the system reads please wait... then it comes back with F983 inactive. How do I get this up and running again?

Never mind, I got it to work after pressing F**903
