Importing Outlook Express 6 Messages into Netscape

I just downloaded netscape 7.1 which is supposed to import my Outlook Express messages. I've imported address book and settings but when I try to import messages I get an error:
Unable to import mailboxes, cannot create proxy object destination mailboxes.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Is it solveable?
