Importing AOL PFC to Outlook / Outlook Express

Hi Everyone.

Does anyone know of a way to import AOL's Personal Filing Cabinet into Outlook / Outlook Express? Or any other email program?

None that I know of.. AOL is so insecure they don't let anything use their email program other than themselves !!
