Hello Guys,

Apologies if this has been touched on before, and I have been digging the forum quite a lot also. I am tearing my hair out with the IPO at the moment.

I have set up SIP routing between Mitel 3300, Avaya CM and Avaya IPO. (I must stress there is nothing wrong with the routing) all systems are talking to each other and sending digits. It seems to just be the IPO that is giving me issues.

From IPO SIP to CM (Inc & Out Group ID 20)
From IPO SIP to Mitel (Inc & Out Group ID 25)

If I create ICR for ID 20 and one for ID 25 select any voice and point to the test extensions calls will go through from either the Mitel or CM. But that is not good because I want it to just come through automatically just using "any voice" otherwise I am going to have to have many ICR's pointing at various extensions.

Things I have tried on the INC CLI i've tried 6XXX trying to auto match, destination tab I have set 6XXX & XXXX but I am having no joy :( any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

Outgoing routing is fine from the IPO is reaching either the Mitel/CM test extensions.

Kind Regards,
Chris

Have an ICR with Incoming Number blank and set Destination to . (dot), that will try and match the incoming number to a user/hg/shortcode in IPO.

Kudos to you sir!

Worked perfectly! Didn't know you could put a dot there :)

Have a good day!
