One thing that you can try is to bring your computer to the main office (where the PBX is located) and see if your i2050 reboots every 5 minutes when locally connected. If it doesn't, then you have an issue with your VPN setup.
Hi, we had this problem. It was due to the keep-alives that the softphone sent to the sig server/pbx. These were blocked on our corporate vpn connection/firewall. Once that had been added its all fine ! I don't have full details as our firewall guy is on holiday, but I'm sure its a simple addition to the rules on a firewall somewhere.... Hope this helps even if a little vague !!
