Hi Everyone

Thanks all in advance again !!!

We have been receiving MANGO Alarms since last many weeks and when asked someone about it, I was told it could be the backup failing issue and generally resolved by rebooting the Messaging Server.
So just want to make sure if it is like that only and if Yes, please guide me how to reboot the server remotely ?

log in via a Web Browser. There will be a drop down "Administration". Click this and go to Server (Maintenance)

On the left look for "Shutdown Server" make sure "Restart Server after Shutdown" is checked, or you will need to get into VM host and restart manually. But if this check box is clicked, it will reboot as part of the shutdown process.

Takes about 10 mins and it's back up.
