I dont know, but isnt't there something about windows 2000 and windows XP licenses count or include a TS license?
That probably isn't correct, but I remember dealing with Microsoft and having them tell me that I didn't need some kind of license because XP licenses included it.
If your terminal servers are Windows 2000 Server and your Clients are Windows XP then you don't need the TSCAL. If you use Windows 2000 or windows XP with Server 2003 then you need a TSCAL for each client.
That was true, but with the latest svc packs in Windows 2000, MS sorta changed their tune. I have several clients that get expiration notices even though they use XP Pro on a Windows 2000 TS.
2003 does not care about what OS you use. A license is required for each user or device.
