I need determine the correct licencing for 4 servers. We need take control with terminal services from 6 stations at the same time.

What is the needed licencing requiered.

Could you help me?

You will need a TSCAL for each user on each server. You will also need to run the servers in application mode.

I dont know, but isnt't there something about windows 2000 and windows XP licenses count or include a TS license?
That probably isn't correct, but I remember dealing with Microsoft and having them tell me that I didn't need some kind of license because XP licenses included it.

If your terminal servers are Windows 2000 Server and your Clients are Windows XP then you don't need the TSCAL. If you use Windows 2000 or windows XP with Server 2003 then you need a TSCAL for each client.

That was true, but with the latest svc packs in Windows 2000, MS sorta changed their tune. I have several clients that get expiration notices even though they use XP Pro on a Windows 2000 TS.

2003 does not care about what OS you use. A license is required for each user or device.
