I can't synchronise the time on my G3 V11

Hi all

I want to synchronise the time on the Mv11 but ASA sent back an error it say Time synchronise is not supported.

Is this a known problem or am I the only one.

Can anyone help me?

What command are you using in your attempt? "Set Time"?, or are you trying to synch your audix with your PBX?

I am using in the tab fault&preformance de time syncronization to synch with the pc .

When I initially tried to set up the time synchronization with the PC, it didn't work for me either. I found a patch on the Avaya web site that corrected the problem, it's Avaya Site Administration 1.12.2 Patch 3. If you do a search on the support area of the site for time synchronization, you'll find it. Hope that helps!
