I work on Tier 2 support for a reseller in the UK and when we have to pass on faults that we know are "IPO Features" bugs to you and me, we call Avay UK Tier 3 who sit 10 feet away from Tier 4, and they dont speeak to each other. When faults go to Tier 4 there is this "Black Void"...so if Avays own Tier 3 cant find Tier 4 what hope have the rest of us!!!
