I ACTIVATED MY NEW AUTOCAD 2004 BUT I NEED HELP

I ACTIVATED OVER THE INTERNET AND IT WORKED FINE BUT, I NEED THE ACTIVATION CODE FOR MY RECORDS (PER MY BOSS) HELP HOW DO I GET IT, OR I AM IN BIG TROUBLE

Go to

http://www.autodesk.com.

After you select your country click on the support link. On the right hand side of the page there will be a link that says "Register Products". It will walk you through the steps necessary to receive an authorization code for your software. It will come to you in an email so you can keep it for your records to make the boss happy! Hope this helps.

Browse to the folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2004\R16.0\ADLM

and double-click the file :

ACD2004ENURegInfo.html

this holds the activation key.
