The current setup is calls ring three phones in the hunt group. If they don't pick up after 4 rings the call goes to an auto attendant that gives the caller prompts. This works great. What the client wants is if those three phones are busy they want the caller to go to the que. I have queing turned on for the hunt group but when I call in and the phones are busy as soon as one phone hangs up the call stays in que and never rings the freed up phone. What am I missing or will it not work with the auto attendant? They have voicemail pro. Thank you.

Why not using the announcement option? Last tab on the huntgroup settings...

Present the call to a sequential group with no users in it and put a second group multiple times in the overflow group. Disable the overflow timer and set the ring time to 15 seconds or less ( play with the timer to get the best result ) and enable queueing on the first group.
Then when a call comes in it will ring the first overflow group members and after the ring time out it will ring the second overflowgroup members which is the same as the first one. The only difference here is that IP Office will check again if any member is free, so if a user was busy the first time and becomes free before the ring timer expires it will ring on the second attempt.
As it is now IP Office checks only once if a member is free and it does not check again for free members unless the target number changes.
