We have a phone (Ext #1) twinned to a mobile extension (Ext #2)

Ext #1 has a hunt group enable button to use to enable and disable the extension from receiving hunt group calls.

Is there a way to perform this same action on Ext #2 - enable and disable the primary extension (#1) into and out of the hunt group?

When we try using short codes from the twinned extension(#2) it simple makes that extension (#2) enabled and since the extension is unringable, it is a useless action.

No, I'm fairly sure you can't do that :)

You should be able to dial into the system and use the internal dial tone (FNE00) and dial a shortcode to do that.
Never done it but sounds like it could work.

this is possible from version 5 onwards. previous to this if you log out of the twinned extension it only has effect on the twinned phone. now you control the primary phone with these actions.

Really, I missed that in the What's New :)
