In an effort to learn more about our phone system I logged on to our Definity switch using the terminal that is attached to it instead of Avaya Site Administration. While doing a 'change station' I realized there isn't a cancel or logoff option. Using all the Unix keyboard commands I know only succeeded in locking the terminal session and now I can't do anything on the terminal and can't access the switch via Avaya Site Administration or telnet.
How do I reset the terminal connection without rebooting the switch?
