How to make PRI work in Definity G3si V8

When my company was with AT&T, we were using super-trunk. We move to a different carrier but then decided to move back to AT&T. The problem now is that they only offer PRI, which according to our telecom maintenance provider, is not supported by our Definity G3siV8. The maintenance provider is saying that the PRI feature wasn't enabled before. And since our Definity is out of warranty (or not supported) from Avaya, that feature won't be enabled anymore. And according to our maintenance provider, we can are only using "robbed bit T1 with wink/wink signaling".

Can anyone suggest any solution that can help us move forward with PRI.
 
use command "display sys cu" to check the isdn-pri item is 'y' or 'n'
if yes you can use isdn-pri,
 
I could probably help you out with this PRI problem...like wilsontec said check your "disp sys cust" and see if isdn-pri is set to y or n...let me know.
