How to lock the stations with a code ? 1

Hello there again!

How can I lock the stations with a number code?, let me explain, I mean at the moment of the any person want to use any station, this station cannot be used to make a ordianry call until the person dial the right code assigned to that station.

I must use station security code? authorization code or what?

Check out auth codes in the adminstrator's guide. You enable them on the system-parameters features screen and then can restrict either on a per telephone basis through COR or for outgoing trunks on the trunk form. Start from there and let me know if you need more detailed information.

Ok, the Authorization codes was enabled in the system-parameters features, and I created one with cor 1, and then... ?

How can associate an Authorization code with a station?

You will need to make a new COR with a FRL level of 0 and make this the COR of the station. Then the COR that you replaced on the station needs to be the COR of the authorization code.

Station Lock

Station Lock allows users to lock their phones, locally or remotely, to prevent unauthorized outgoing calls. It can be activated via a feature button or feature access code. Visual or audible indication is given when the phone is locked. Activation/deactivation can be accomplished via a FAC (or feature button) and security code. When the feature is active, the Class of Restriction (COR) is based on the Station Lock COR. Station Lock cannot be activated for attendant console
