I am having below Avaya Product for our Internal phone EPBX system
Avaya IP Office 500 V2 – 2012 (Phones: 5410 Headset)
Avaya Contact Store (Powered by Vernit Systems)

Everything is working fine

We need the Beep Sound every interval e.g. every 30 seconds for the recorded calls.
While playing the recorded calls the peep sound should be audible as well.

Please help me if anyone know about this solution.

Click on click, scroll down and read what´s Call recording.

Test.

Dear RogerTurboFederer,

I checked the options in System->Voicemail, Call Recording,
But i could not locate this option, below is the screenshot , please help me how to get that option.

Dear montyzummer,

Thanks for reply

I checked, but my query is to enable a beep sound every 10 seconds.
I have already enabled the Recording Alarm mesage.

above is the screenshot for my config.

Please help me if u can

Have never seen an option to have a beep every x seconds during call recording on the IPO.

Also why would you want it, if I was talking to a company and the phone was beeping at me every 10 seconds I would quickly get annoyed.

Indeed pepp77.
I would hangup.
I also do not see why an annoying beep should be heard.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Possibly local laws/regulations require it, but the system will not do it anyway. It will do a conference beep every 10 secs, but that relies on a conference being in progress obviously :)

Thanks for your Update,

pep77 & tlpeter, I agree it will annoy, but for telephone transactions it is must by lay here in UAE (Dubai).

amriddle01, You are right, It is a security requirement by the local law.
The reason is , the call can be rerecorded. e.g. If you placed Order to buy online by telephone ,
You can again play that msg to order again, but if beep sound is there every x interval , the call can't be used in that case. I hope u could understand, Mostly when u talk to the banks or any financial transactions it is required.

Thanks amriddle01, for your concern, but it is must for me to have the beep sound in any way, even playing any external audio parlelly or so. If you could help me any way that would be great.

Thanks again all of you, I am still awaiting for any positive response by anyone of you.

Can't you give them a pause recording button and they just pause the recording for the duration that any financial/sensitive information is being shared? This is what we do and it satisfies the legal requirements as it simply doesn't record that part of the call, if you can't do that then I see no alternative as you can't make the system beep at intervals during recording as the setting just isn't there :)

Or press a button on the phone generating a DTMF every ten seconds?
I am not sure if that will be recorded?

Or have a truck constantly reversing in the background so you can hear the beep :)

In system > telephony > tones & music change the Conferencing Tone from the standard Entry & Exit Tones to Repeating tone

BAZINGA!

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

That doesn't provide a tone in call recording intrigrant. Or at least it does not on my system.

Check System->System

Hide auto record: Default = On (USA)/Off (Rest of World)
During call recording by Voicemail Pro, some Avaya phones display REC or similar to show that the call is being recorded. When on, Hide auto record suppresses this recording indication.

Youre right, it is for conferences, my excuses.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much
