How to delete a Mailbox on Embedded

Can anyone assist. I like to know is it possable to delete a mailbox on the IPO with Embedded VoiceMail. I know I can change the name field to create a new mailbox for a new employee. But what happens to all the old Mailbox? Do they just accumulate on the SD Card waiting to fill up the 15 Hours of recording time. If so eventually I will have to format the card and reprogram my AA and users will loose there current messages and need to record there names and greetings all over again. There got to be a better way. Please correct me if I am wrong.

yes, there are three better ways.

1) Buy voicemail Pro licences.
2) Get a business partner to help.
3) Dont touch it.

Make sure the mailbox is empty before renaming the user!
(not only will this keep space free on the card but it will also prevent a lot of hastle with msg lights that should not be on
